Floresville ISD is proud to offer you and your eligible dependents a health plan of your choice.

Full time eligible employees are able to select a United Healthcare Plan. All plan options for insurance are summarized in the booklets below.

We recommend that you take the time to educate yourself and discuss your options with your family to ensure that you select the best coverage for you and your dependents. 

After open enrollment is closed, insurance plans cannot be changed. 

The Human Resources staff and Talley Benefits are available to assist you with enrollment and answer any questions you may have.

You will self-enroll on your own through the Benefits HUB.
