The Floresville Independent School District encompasses a large geographic area of over 285 square miles in Wilson County, extending into south-east Bexar County and is home to over 4000 students.  Although historically a largely agricultural community, Floresville now serves as a bedroom community for San Antonio. Providing a short commute to San Antonio and a small-town atmosphere, Floresville continues to experience steady growth each year.  The Floresville Independent School District believes that collaboration between community, schools and family is the foundation of success for their students.
