The FISD Communications Department works to keep the community informed and engaged while promoting the mission, achievements, and challenges of Floresville ISD. The Communications Department has several areas of responsibility including community relations, media relations, crisis communications, social media outreach, the FISD website management, and public information requests.

The Communications Department is responsible for producing District publications such as the Eye on FISD, the Quick Update, and the Back-to-School Guide. The Communications Specialist also manages the District's social media presence, regularly posting updates on Facebook, Instagram, and X.
